how it works

1. Tell me what you need

We’ll start by sharing information and photos to understand which rooms you’d like to improve and what help you need. If necessary, we’ll arrange a visit and discuss any cost beforehand.

2. We define the project

I’ll prepare a quotation setting out the planned activities separately: assessment, planning, research into suitable solutions and work in your home.

The rate is CHF 75.– per hour and applies to both planning and work on site.

3. We work in stages

We’ll agree on priorities and organise the work around your needs. Any additional activities will be discussed and approved before they are carried out.

A CLEAR QUOTATION BEFORE WE BEGIN

The quotation specifies the estimated hours, included services, any travel expenses, and planned materials and purchases.

It also sets out the required deposit and payment terms. Any transport or disposal services are assessed separately.
