I’m Margot. It’s lovely to meet you.
I grew up in Ticino and have lived in the canton of Zurich for the past three years. Today, Uster is home. It’s where I’m developing House of Margot: a project created to help you make your home more practical, welcoming and suited to the way you live.

My background combines interior furnishing advice, including bathroom design, with hands-on craftwork in my own weaving studio. These different experiences share a common thread: an eye for colours, materials and personal solutions.

I love finding possibilities where something seems to be missing: giving an existing piece of furniture a new purpose, rethinking a layout or making use of a forgotten corner.

With House of Margot, I bring this creativity into everyday life, starting with what you already have and what matters to you.
Your home, your style. One step at a time.
You don’t need to tidy up before I arrive. You can leave everything as it is or start making some space if you feel ready. You always decide what to keep and what to let go of. I help you find a starting point, without judgement.

I bring energy, enthusiasm and creative ideas. Sometimes, having someone by your side is all it takes to make a decision you’ve been putting off or find the motivation to begin.

We start with your needs, respecting your habits, taste and budget. Together, we can organise a kitchen, make a workspace more practical or rethink furniture, colours and details to help you feel more at home in your surroundings.
Your trust matters to me. Photos and details of your home remain private. I only publish images with your consent and obscure any personal details you wish to protect.
Which corner of your home would you like to start with?
Tell me what you’d like to improve, even if you’re not sure which service to choose. A few lines are enough for us to find the first step together.

I’d love to help.
