An initial review of your photos and needs.

Preparation before my visit.

Six hours of hands-on work in your home, excluding the lunch break.

Practical help with decluttering, sorting belongings and reorganising your spaces.

Advice on layout and making use of what you already own.

Basic tools and small consumables, such as nails and screws, for agreed tasks.

Return travel to addresses reachable within 45 minutes by public transport from Uster station, including the walk to your address.
BEFOR OUR DAY TOGETHER
We’ll exchange emails with photos of your rooms and information about what you’d like to change. This initial remote assessment helps me prepare and agree on priorities with you.
Please also mention any small practical tasks you’d like help with. We’ll discuss beforehand what I can take on and which tools or materials are needed.
You don’t need to tidy up before I arrive. If you’d like to start sorting a few things, you can, but you’re equally welcome to leave everything as it is.
SCHEDULE AND RESULTS
A possible schedule is 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a half-hour lunch break. We’ll agree on the timing before the appointment.
What we can complete depends on the starting point. Moving a few pieces of furniture takes a different amount of time from sorting and organising a large number of belongings. That’s why we’ll set a realistic goal before we begin.
ADDITIONAL HOURS
If we find during the day that more than six hours are needed, we’ll discuss this before continuing. Additional time costs CHF 75.– per hour and is only undertaken with your agreement.
COSTS NOT INCLUDED
Storage containers, furniture, lamps and specific materials are not included and are only purchased with your prior agreement.
Disposal, transport of belongings and any help arranging these services are assessed and charged separately.
For journeys longer than 45 minutes, any travel supplement will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
