WHO I AM
My name is Margot, and I am the mind and heart behind House of Margot.
Ever since I was a child, I found serenity in tidying up my room, moving furniture and objects around until everything seemed to be in balance. I enjoyed creating harmony between shapes and colours, giving new life to what already existed: an old piece of furniture, a forgotten lamp, a small corner that came back to life.
Today, that natural inclination has become my mission: to help people rediscover balance and well-being in their homes — and within themselves.
I believe that every space tells a story about who we are and that, by tidying it up with awareness, we can rediscover clarity, calm and lightness.
House of Margot was created for this very reason: to accompany those who wish to achieve authentic harmony, inside and out.
MY STORY
I have always had an innate talent: finding solutions.
When someone tells me about a problem, whether it's a messy space or a home that “doesn't work”, I feel a spark ignite inside me. My brain starts racing, mentally drawing up possibilities, ideas and combinations. It's as if I can already see the end result, long before it happens. Over the years, I have realised that this way of thinking is a gift: it allows me to create harmony from what already exists, transforming environments and situations without having to invent anything from scratch.
When I enter a room, I sense its energy and immediately understand where there is disorder, where there is a lack of balance. Sometimes all it takes is moving an armchair, changing the point of view, and everything flows again.
This is what I love about my work: accompanying people to discover the beauty that already exists, hidden beneath the chaos, and helping them bring it back to the surface.
Because order is not just an aesthetic gesture: it is a form of care, of listening and of rebirth.
